[1]  The Belief

Our bodies should continue to function beautifully well into advanced age. Confidence in movement, proper body mechanics, and building a strong foundation are key to a happy, healthy body.

Have you ever joined a group training class, worked out endlessly at the gym, or tried a personal trainer without seeing any results? Improper movement and misalignments in the body are often the root cause of training that affords no results. The goal is to find these imbalances in the body, correct them, and help you achieve your fitness goal faster and more effectively. While feeling better and moving better for life!

[2] The Workouts

Small Group Training

Small group training provides the attention and personalized detail of personal training at a lower cost and with consistent motivation and encouragement from a great group at the same fitness level as you.

Groups consist of 3-8 people and range from personal sessions (see personal training) or pre-set 8-12 week programs.

Why small group PT?

  • More personal attention than group classes
  • More affordable
  • Variety : workouts constantly change and evolve, helping you to avoid plateaus
  • Motivation
  • Camaraderie
  • Support
  • Greater focus
  • Fun group atmosphere
  • Results!

Personal Training (1, 2, 3, or more people)

Personal training is a fantastic way to reach your health and fitness goals through focused, expertise training helping you to get the most out of your exercise.

PT sessions start out with a comprehensive review of your fitness history and current level, a Functional Movement Screen, body composition analysis, goal-setting, and a full personalized fitness program designed to help you reach your goal efficiently!

PT sessions can be focused on:

  • Weight Loss
  • Muscle tone
  • Cardiovascular endurance
  • Mobility
  • Strength training
  • Endurance training

[4] About your trainer

My name is Hanna. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT CES), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM CES), Functional Movement Screen specialist (FMS). and certified Barre instructor.  My educational background is in Biochemistry and I am currently working on my doctorate degree in Biophysics. I worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at a physical therapy studio and fitness gyms in California before moving to Sweden permanently. You can still find me on FitOrbit.com as an online trainer. When I am not training myself, training others, or nose deep in science textbooks I enjoy pretending like my Swedish is understandable, searching for mountains to climb, and trying to train my dog to workout with me (she isn't that into it ... ).
