Are you new to fitness or starting back up again after an injury or long break? Join a small, supportive, and positive group of like-minded individuals for a transformative 8-week PT program to kick-start your fitness goals!
Start seeing results while building a strong fitness foundation in a small supportive group.
Small group PT programs run for 8 weeks at a time with registration closing the week before the session starts.
There will never be more than 6 people per group.
- Initial consultation: discuss history, goals, make a personal fitness plan
- Online personal training: daily schedule, videos, instructions
- Beginning and after body composition & body fat % analysis
- 2x/week personal training sessions
- Weekly check-ins
- Private facebook group for updates, motivation, extra workout suggestions (optional depending on the group)

Investment: : 225kr/session (3600kr for 16 PT sessions total + beginning and after consultations and online training)
Please note that in order to confirm your registration half of the total payment must be received. Transfer SEK 1800 to Bankgiro 5097-6018 or swish 0760-49 5727. The remainder of the payment should be paid no later than 1 week before training begins.
