Foam Rolling & Self-massage Workshop
Everyone can benefit from self-massage techniques to relieve sore muscles, improve mobility, promote recovery, and prepare the body for training. Techniques such as foam rolling, lacrosse balls, yoga balls, and dynamic mobility exercises are covered in this 1.5 hour workshop. Learn how to properly perform these techniques to integrate into your daily practice and watch your performance improve in all aspects of movement.

Why Mobility Training?
To get the most out of your exercise - whether you train for sport, weight loss, racing, etc - you need to have sufficient flexibility and mobility in order to perform exercises in the full range of motion. Lack of flexibility in training can cause impaired movement and lead to injury, not to mention you are putting in much more work into your training than what you will see in results. Proper dynamic warmup and integrated mobility exercises allow you to exercise more efficiently, get the most out of your training, and reach your goals faster.
In this 1.5hr workshop we will go through a warmup, a short workout, learn self myofascial release (self-massage) techniques, and integrate dynamic exercises to bring to your own practice.
